Having a gathering? We can feed them! Choose from our toasted sandwiches, our award winning bbq, cocktail sandwiches, deli trays, or any combination of our services. Don’t see what you want, give us a holler any way. We’ve done Carnitas to traditional Christmas dinner. Deli tray and drop off buffet service have no minimum order amount, but may be subject to availability. To have us make our signature sandwiches at your event we require a minimum $300 non refundable deposit for up to 100 guests expected to be served. An additional $300 non refundable deposit for every 50 guests past 100. The deposit is the minimum fee for signature sandwiches to be made on site and the deposit will be applied to your total bill at the end of food service.

Cheese and Meat- A combination of our sliced deli meats and cheeses neatly presented for your gathering will be sure to impress your guests. Great for guests to build thier own sandwich 16 inch tray (30 servings) with 2 meats and 3 cheeses $45
Roll Ups- Tortillas with our house smoked meats, cheese, cream cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes rolled up and sliced for a classic presentation. Tray of 20 for $30
Fiesta Dip- sour cream, re-fried beans, shredded cheese, tomatoes, green onions, black olives, and optional jalapenos perfect to serve with tortilla chips. 16 inch tray with complimentary tortilla chips $20
Bruschetta- We make this traditional Italian hor d’ovre from scratch with tomatoes, garlic, olive oil and other spices. Serve it with crostini for a delicious appetizer or it goes great on chicken sandwiches with our cheese and meat tray. 1 quart $20
